Before your shipment

A few helpful answers.

What do I need for a freight quote?

Provide pickup and delivery locations, dates, commodity, weight, dimensions, equipment requirements, and loading or unloading instructions. For multi-stop shipments, include every destination.

Can I include tarping or special handling?

Yes. Describe tarping, securement, loading access, and any special handling in your load details. These requirements need to be reviewed and confirmed before booking.

Does preparing a request reserve a truck?

No. The planner creates a shipment summary that you can email to Allstate Logistics. A shipment is booked only after equipment availability, pricing, and transportation details have been confirmed directly.
