Terms of Service
Effective date: October 7, 2026 · Last updated: October 7, 2026
These terms govern the website and shipment planner. A website inquiry is not a transportation contract, confirmed rate, or truck reservation.
1. Scope and agreement
Allstate Logistics LLC ("we," "us") operates this website to describe transportation services and help visitors prepare inquiries. These Terms of Service apply to website use to the extent permitted by law. By checking the agreement box before preparing a request, you agree to these website terms. If acting for a business, you must have authority to submit its information and agree on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the planner.
2. Requests, quotes, and booking
The planner creates a summary in your browser. It does not automatically send it to us, charge you, or reserve a truck. Review the summary and send it from your email application, or contact us directly. Rates, equipment, schedules, securement, tarping, and special handling must be reviewed and confirmed directly before booking. Website content does not guarantee availability, transit times, delivery, or pricing.
3. Actual transportation and cargo claims
Transportation services are governed by the applicable written transportation agreement, rate confirmation, bill of lading, and applicable law. These website terms do not alter an existing shipment agreement, release cargo liability, shorten claim deadlines, or waive mandatory rights under federal transportation law, including the Carmack Amendment where applicable. Mandatory law and applicable shipment agreements control transportation matters.
4. Accurate information and lawful use
Provide accurate contact details and load information, including commodity, weight, dimensions, locations, loading access, appointments, and special requirements. Disclose hazardous, regulated, or restricted cargo before requesting service. Submit only information you have authority to share. Do not enter passwords, payment card information, Social Security numbers, or unrelated sensitive information.
Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent inquiries, distribute malicious code, disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access, or violate others' rights. We may decline inquiries we cannot accommodate or restrict access to address misuse and protect the site.
5. Content and illustrative imagery
Website content and branding belong to Allstate Logistics or are used under applicable licenses. Viewing this website does not authorize reuse of our branding for another business. You may save your own shipment summary. Truck and commodity images may be generated or illustrative; they do not establish ownership of a specific vehicle, fleet size, available equipment, or a completed shipment. Third-party trademarks remain their owners' property.
6. Website availability and warranties
We may correct, update, suspend, or remove website content. To the extent permitted by law, the website and planner are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Your email provider and other third-party services have their own terms and practices; we do not control their operation or security.
7. Website liability limits
To the extent permitted by law, Allstate Logistics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website or planner. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuse fraud or willful misconduct, or limit transportation or cargo liability. Mandatory rights and remedies remain available.
8. Privacy and responses
Our Privacy Policy describes website and inquiry information handling. Providing contact details for an inquiry asks us to respond about that inquiry. Agreement to these terms is not consent to unrelated marketing or automated marketing calls or texts.
9. Governing law and disputes
Florida law governs these website terms, except where controlling federal or other mandatory law applies. Please contact us about concerns so we can try to resolve them. These terms do not require arbitration, waive a jury trial, or shorten a legal filing deadline. Applicable law determines the proper forum for proceedings.
10. Updates and severability
Revisions are posted with an updated date and apply prospectively, subject to any additional notice or agreement required by law. They do not modify previously booked shipments. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent permitted by law.
