1. Scope

This policy explains information handling by Allstate Logistics LLC ("we," "us") for this website and shipment inquiries. Other services, including your email provider, have their own privacy policies.

2. Information you provide

The planner asks for name, company, email, phone, pickup and delivery locations, requested service, pickup date, and shipment details. Completing it does not transmit those fields to an Allstate website submission endpoint. The current planner does not save them in an Allstate website database or browser local storage. Your browser or device may independently retain autofill or session information.

Selecting the email option places the summary in your email application for review. Your email provider processes it under its policies. We receive the details when you send the email or contact us separately, including any attachments or other information you voluntarily provide. Downloading a request saves a text file to your device; anyone with access to that device or file may be able to read it.

3. Technical information and cookies

Hosting, network, and security providers may process IP addresses, request times, requested pages, browser or device information, and security or error logs to deliver and protect the website. The current website application code does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or optional tracking cookies. Infrastructure providers or your browser may use technologies needed for delivery or security. Technical processing may occur even if you do not submit an inquiry.

4. Uses of information

We use information you send to respond to inquiries, discuss rates and equipment, plan or provide transportation, communicate about shipments, maintain business records, address complaints or claims, prevent misuse, and meet legal requirements. An inquiry does not enroll you in unrelated marketing. We do not use this website to sell personal information or disclose it for targeted advertising.

5. Disclosures

Where reasonably necessary for those purposes, information may be disclosed to hosting, security, email, communications, or recordkeeping providers; shipment participants who need details to coordinate requested service; professional advisers, insurers, or claims representatives; and courts, regulators, or authorities where required by law or to protect lawful rights and safety. We seek to limit disclosures to information needed for the purpose. An inquiry is not permission to publish your contact or shipment details.

6. Retention and security

Records may be retained as reasonably needed to handle your inquiry, provide services, satisfy legal or accounting obligations, or resolve disputes. Periods depend on the record and applicable requirements. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled, but no website, email transmission, or storage system is guaranteed completely secure. Do not include payment cards, Social Security numbers, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information in an inquiry.

7. Choices and privacy requests

You may browse without using the planner and choose which optional details to include. Contact us to ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or raise a concern. Depending on your location and applicable law, additional rights may include access, correction, deletion, or an appeal. We may verify identity and retain records where permitted or required by law. We will handle applicable requests under governing law, without unlawful discrimination.

8. Children and other services

The website is intended for business transportation inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can review and address it. External sites and email services follow their providers' policies. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations used by relevant providers.

9. Updates

We may revise this policy when features or information practices change and update the date shown here. Where law requires additional notice or consent for material changes, we will provide it. Revisions do not retroactively authorize uses inconsistent with applicable law.
